QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

1) How does The Peninsular Campaign game compare to The Gettysburg Campaign and The Vicksburg Campaign with regards to mechanics and complexity?

The Peninsular Campaign is slightly more complex than The Vicksburg Campaign which is slightly more complex than The Gettysburg Campaign game. All 3 Campaign games use the same basic set of play mechanics. Vicksburg and Peninsular add Confederate breakdown units, field works (fortifcations and entrenchments) as well as a single column Battle Board for city assaults (including special rules for city assualts). Additionally, they both make limited use of naval units with special rules for those too. The Peninsular Campaign adds a variation of the hidden units for the Union player as well as some campaign unique rules to add flavour (Union siege artillery, Union supply base, etc.).
